👀What We Found Wednesday🔎

✨️Today's Find✨️ A Chimney with mortar joints that are basically giving up on life 🥹 Cracking, crumbling, letting the weather right in...it's a whole vibe, and NOT a good one!

Healthy mortar = healthy chimney
When it deteriorates, water sneaks in, bricks loosen, and things get expensive real fast!

A little repointing now, saves a whole rebuild later 🙃

Sometimes, hidden water 💧 damage is not totally hidden. In fact, it often leaves stains, discoloration, and other marks.
