Here's a new virus scam I just ran into. I had a client get a call from a person saying they worked for Microsoft and that their computer had errors and they needed to buy software to fix the problems.
For the record Microsoft does not call people directly and if you get a call like this I would start asking how they got your number. Then install and run Malwarebytes or your up to date antivirus software.

Ok Mac people looks like there is a Trojan out there that can infect your Mac and steal passwords. So first thing to do for all Mac users: update Java at Java.com.
