Good Morning on this National Start Over Day! I pretty much started my whole life over in 2010, and that was the hardest decision I ever made. But, as hard as it was, I can look back now and know it was the right decision, and it is OKAY! If you need a restart, it's okay. Even if it's hard, it's okay. Sometimes, we just have to start over!

NATIONAL START OVER DAY Today is June 5 on the National Day Calendar and it's National Start Over Day intended to remind you it's perfectly fine to start over! Today's National Day is about making the decision to accept failure and start over, from scratch.

Good Morning! Good Morning! Good Morning! It's another day to be thankful for the good things in life. I am so grateful for my home today. Well, everyday, but today I just really felt such a deep appreciation for belonging somewhere. I have worked through most of the trauma I went through when I was homeless, but I still have the memories. And my prayers are with anyone who is facing the uncertainty of having a place to live. I know how you feel, and I wish I knew how to solve it. It is my prayer that a resolution will come in my lifetime.

Just wanted to shout out Livingston Sunrise Rotary Club! They made a donation to the Livingston Hunger Council and we were the beneficiaries of a $500 grant! That's going straight to groceries. You should check out my rotary club. Lot's of good people doing good things there!

I'm talking about nurturing our physical, mental, and spiritual selves. My bachelor's degree is in Family Life Education. In that program, we spent a lot of time learning about how all three interact to keep us well. Be sure to schedule in time for all three levels of health. We need you.
