🚛 HOURS-OF-SERVICE UPDATE FOR FUEL HAULERS
The FMCSA has issued a temporary Hours-of-Service (HOS) waiver for qualifying carriers and drivers transporting gasoline and diesel fuel.
The waiver runs from September 16 through December 16, 2026, providing eligible operations with temporary relief from certain standard property-carrying HOS limits, while specific conditions and safety requirements still apply.
