HCW and Lawrence Ventures recently celebrated the completion and ribbon cutting of the expansion at the Hilton Garden Inn Chandler Downtown.

The project adds 68 new guestrooms, bringing the hotel’s total to 177 rooms, along with 3,200 square feet of flexible meeting and event space, an outdoor event patio, an enhanced fitness center, and a beautifully designed Bridal Suite, further elevating the guest and event experience in Downtown Chandler’s New Square development.

It was an incredible evening celebrating alongside city leadership, community partners, event planners, and local businesses. Thank you to everyone who joined us to mark this exciting milestone and tour the new spaces.
