Summer is almost here!!! Be sure to call us at 417-598-3126 to book your next steak cook-out. Great for reunions, parties, company retreats, etc. This is a picture of our 32oz Choice Porterhouse Steak basted in Fresh thyme, rosemary and butter. Goes great with hasselback potatoes and grilled asparagus spears
Holidays are near. Sometimes you want to serve family and friends something special besides ham or turkey. Here is a great recipe to impress:
Salmon with Basil Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
12 individual salmon fillets
4 oz unsalted butter
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 oz fresh chopped basil
1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Melt the butter in a large skillet over
medium-high heat. Steam Salmon.
Reduce the heat to low and add garlic powder to the pan.
Sauté, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
Add the basil, cream, lemon juice, pepper and
salt to the pan and cook over medium heat, stirring
frequently, until the mixture is reduced by half. Taste for
seasoning, adding pepper and salt as needed.
Serves 12
