During a Phase 4 Blue Tape Inspection, Jonathan found something most homeowners would never notice, a switched outlet that appeared to be off but was still showing residual power. ⚠️

Shane found something that definitely shouldn't happen in a brand-new home...
🏠 Half the house had no power.
❌ Lights weren't working.
