JRE Controls LLC

When the hospital says the old gurney is headed for the trash…

JRE Controls: “Not so fast.” 😂

Turns out it had one last patient: **a whole lot of wire.**

We’re big believers in using the right tool for the job. Sometimes the right tool just happens to be a retired hospital bed. 🤷‍♀️

Sometimes working in HVAC controls comes with a pretty great view. 🌈

Caught this from a rooftop while working at a customer’s facility. Not a bad office for the day.

Another beautiful view on the rooftop. At JRE Controls, we are here to service and maintain your control systems. Whether that means we are working on your roof, or the boiler room, we've got you!

So, what is commissioning all about? It's verifying that your HVAC and building control systems are installed and operating correctly. Building re-commissioning ensures your HVAC and building control systems operate at peak performance. Our process verifies that systems are installed according to design, uncovering faults that waste energy and impact indoor air quality. Trust JRE Controls to optimize your building's HVAC performance.

Did you know? The concept of commissioning began with shipbuilding, where a commissioned ship is one ceremoniously deemed ready for active service. Probably stemming from the customs of the British Navy, the U.S. Navy has been practicing commissioning ceremonies since 1775. Similarly, buildings undergo rigorous testing before occupancy.

Building commissioning IS the secret to peak performance in modern buildings! As technology advances and sustainability takes center stage, commissioning ensures your systems are optimized for efficiency and reliability.
