Davis School District has partnered with Waterford Upstart to provide our PreK children with an on-demand early learning program that gives you tools, coaching and resources so you can prepare your child for a bright future.

Program Benefits:

• Tailored software with fun and engaging lessons in reading, math and science that are done in just fifteen minutes a day
• Personalized family coaching and easy-to-use resources that support the work you’re already doing with your child
• A computer and internet access for those who qualify

Muir’s library will be open on Wednesdays from 9:00-11:00am starting on 03 JUN, during the summer for students to check out books.
Students will have the opportunity to read for 45 days and track their reading progress during the summer months. Every 5 days of reading earns them a small prize from the librarian. If they read and track their progress for all 45 days, they will be able to attend a special event in August.

We loved having and graduates come and bring it back to where it all started, Muir Elementary! We had a great time cheering them on and giving them one more opportunity to be a kid and play parachute!

Our 4th graders did an amazing job at their Utah Program! We loved seeing all they’ve learned this year and the pride they have for our great state. From Utah history to symbols, songs, and traditions, these students worked so hard and truly shined on stage. We are so proud of them and grateful for the teachers and families who helped make this special night possible.
