Over the past 6 months, I’ve been working on this house up in Nederland. While I have almost 600 photos of my own to sift through, these are some of the professional photos for the Airbnb listing coming soon.

Last project of 2025! The cabinets were already in but everything else was all me. Got that hole patched up/textured and the whole room got painted. We’ll be replacing all the trim eventually but for now, I’m happy I got to tackle this project my clients had waited months for ☺️ Ended the year on the best note and can’t wait to see what 2026 brings. Note: the left door is just full of games, it’s very much fully functioning.

Wrapped up this bedroom today! We got some smoooth walls and a freshly insulated wall to reduce sound 👌🏻

I’m loving the photos of this interior I did earlier this summer. The kitchen had unfinished drywall on the walls and ceiling, so I brought everything to level 5, painted all the walls/ceilings and this place ready for new owners! On the market if anyone’s looking for a sweet mountain home 😊

This is 1 of 2 basement rooms with prehung drywall and some questionable mudding when I got in there. Brought em to Level 5 this week and was able to almost finish priming this one. Still got plenty of work to do to get this room done but I’m loving the progress so far 😍

Problem? Peeling paint. Solution? Strip it all 👌🏻 Once the decks were cleaned, stripped and sanded, one coat of Woca Exterior Oil brought these decks to life! Super impressed with the product and color (Bangkirai)

Finally getting around to posting some jobs from the last few months! This was a 1.5 day job- just a quick refresh in between tenants. We had the color but it hadn’t been painted in a bit so it took a little longer than expected but I got it done 👌🏻 2 bed/2ba, kitchen, living/dining room

Some easy added curb appeal for this property 👌🏻 I love these quick ones that really make a big difference
