One World Training was pleased to deliver two “Future-Ready Skills for an AI-Driven World” workshops in Hanoi, at FPT University and Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST).
Students explored how AI can support learning, problem-solving, and creativity, and why subject knowledge and human judgment remain essential in an AI-driven world.
Thank you to FPT University, HUST, VietTESOL, Skyline Higher Education Australia (SHEA), and Dr. Luke Bozzetto for making the workshops possible.

One World Training President Dr. Dieter Bruhn delivered an online creative writing workshop for students in Pakistan today.
Through activities focused on personification, imagery, and poetry, students experimented with language and used their imaginations to bring ideas to life. They also briefly explored how AI can support the writing process while ensuring that the ideas, creativity, and voice remain their own.
We are always delighted to create learning experiences that encourage young people to think creatively and share their voices with the world.

One World Training is excited to share that our President and Vietnam Country Director, Dr. Dieter Bruhn, will present live at the TESOL 2026 Virtual Convention!
His session, “Beyond Quick Answers: Teaching Students to Learn With AI,” explores how educators can help students use AI as a learning partner, not simply as a tool for getting fast answers. Used thoughtfully, AI can strengthen critical thinking, creativity, communication, and problem-solving.
We look forward to sharing practical strategies with educators from around the world on November 20–21!

Understanding culture goes far beyond learning another language. It means understanding how people think, communicate, build relationships, and make decisions.
Our latest article explores one of the most common sources of misunderstanding in international communication: the many ways people say "no."
Whether you're working in business, education, government, or international development, recognizing the difference between more direct and more indirect communication styles can help you avoid misunderstandings, build stronger relationships, and communicate more effectively across cultures.
We hope you enjoy the article and welcome your thoughts and experiences.
The Many Ways People Say "No": A Lesson in Intercultural Communication After living and working across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, I've learned that many communication misunderstandings aren't caused by language differences at all. They happen because people interpret the same conversation through different cultural lenses.
