This is our top hack for making cleanse-friendly meals, and it’s easier to do than you’d think.
💡 Here’s the formula:
1️⃣ Replace any gluten with a GF substitute.
2️⃣ Eliminate or reduce sugar + replace with a natural sweetener.
3️⃣ Swap seed oils for olive, coconut or avocado oil.
4️⃣ Eliminate dairy or swap in non-dairy alternatives.
5️⃣ Double the veggies.
