Mother-daughter relationships are beautiful, diverse, and complex. In a safe environment, Deb will guide you and your daughter to a solid and authentic connection - changing the belief that these relationships have to be difficult. You and your daughter will be encouraged to lean into the challenges so that your relationship can evolve and withstand the inevitable turbulent periods of the tween and adolescent years. In this workshop, you will learn to communicate with integrity, develop tools to create harmony and use the wisdom of ritual to hold it all together.
