Meet BELFORD RESERVE

If you’ve been with us for a while, you probably remember Belford - an ultimate shop favorite.

Belford is a raw cow’s milk cheese from . The cheese is modeled after a traditional Dutch Gouda but made from happy cows in our very own DURANGO, CO. Belford RESERVE is the same amazing cheese, with three years of age on it 🤩 It’s sharp, it’s tangy, and it’s sweet!

Swing by and grab a wedge. It is a perfect snacking cheese.

Introducing the latest release of ’s Elle’s Vineyard and Jordan’s wine pick this week!

We’re always excited to welcome Whitcraft’s meticulously crafted Chardonnay and Pinot Noir into the shop but this Jura-inspired red blend is like a cherry on top. It’s a blend of Trousseau, Pinot Noir, and Gamay. It’s light and crushable and there’s a 🐶 on the label. Need we say more?

Stop by the shop and grab yourself a bottle! It is a perfect summer red.
