Over the holiday weekend, one of our troopers was deploying spike strips to stop an impaired driver who was traveling the wrong way when his vehicle was struck. To avoid being hit by the suspect's vehicle, the trooper jumped over the cable barrier but was struck by it. Thankfully, he is home recovering and expected to make a full recovery.
This crash is a powerful reminder that impaired driving is completely preventable. One decision can change lives in an instant.
Please plan ahead. Designate a sober driver. Call a friend. Use a rideshare.

Wir haben für die gefiederten Gartenbesucher ein paar kleine Glückspilze gebastelt! 🍄✨ Vielleicht nicht die effizienteste Art der Vogelfütterung… aber ganz sicher eine der charmantesten. 😉 In unsere Mischung sind auch ein paar getrocknete Mehlwürmer gewandert, Sie sind eine wertvolle Proteinquelle für Vögel, die sich normalerweise von Insekten ernähren. Wer mag, kann zusätzlich Haferflocken, Mohn, Rosinen oder kleine Obststückchen unterrühren, Weichfutterfresser mögen das sehr! Die Mandarinenschalen haben wir einfach auf der Heizung getrocknet…sie duften wunderbar und geben den Pilzen ihren hübschen Hut. Unsere Mischung: 400 g langsam geschmolzenes Kokosfett + ca. 700 g Vogelfutter → gut verrühren → formen → auskühlen lassen. Viel Freude beim Basteln, Verschenken und Vögel beobachten! 🤎🕊️🌿

❗️Lavender for free‼️ Lavender cuttings are very easy to propagate in summer and spring and will root within 3-4 weeks. I usually grow them in pots for a few extra weeks or even months before transplanting to their individual pots. 💡I grew all our lavender from cuttings and it didn’t take that long for the hedges to mature and look great. 💡Propagation has been my passion for over 40 years and I created hundreds of lavender plants. I know that many of you have already successfully propagated lavender after watching my tutorials and that makes me so happy. I’m sure you felt a great sense of achievement. The VIRAL FROSTED POPPING CRANBERRIES are 100% worth the hype and I don’t say that lightly. I saw this trend all over and was kinda skeptical—but let me tell you, MAKE THEM. The cranberries are lightly sweet, a little tangy and crunchy from going into the oven at the end. Hunter and I couldn’t stop eating them!⁣ ⁣ Comment LINK and I will DM you everything I’m using to make them!⁣ ⁣ Save this post, share with friends and FOLLOW @kalejunkie for more!⁣ ⁣ 1 12 oz bag cranberries, rinsed well⁣ 1 cup orange juice ⁣ 1 can lemon lime @drinkolipop (or 7up)⁣ 2 cups powdered sugar⁣ ⁣ In a large bowl, add your rinsed cranberries. Add orange juice and lemon lime soda. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next day, pour out the liquid. Add the powdered sugar to the bowl. Cover again and shake very well until all of the cranberries are coated. Preheat oven to 250F. Spread the cranberries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until the cranberries are dry. Eat and enjoy!⁣ #viral #viralrecipes #poppingcranberries #frostedcranberries⁣
