We are very pleased to announce the passing of two important pieces of legislation this week along with some ratifications! Most significantly, the resolution to support Colorado SB21-256 concerning permitting regulation of fi****ms by local governing bodies (95LCR01). Legislative Council is kicking off with a bang! We had a great meeting tonight appointing and ratifying people to committees and boards! We were also able to look over some of our first legislation for this 95th-session which we look forward to further discussing and working on in our committees! Lastly, we want to give a special shoutout to everyone who came to public open hearing tonight and in case you missed it, you can watch a livestream of our night on the following link!
