Honesty 🌺

I didn’t feel my body was in a place to create today. Instead of resisting and pushing through, I deemed it a beautiful day to surrender and listen. I got outside and laid in the sun for a couple hours. I meditated and honored my breath. I played with Kai and caught up with loved ones. And I made this cup of tea.

Here’s to listening to our bodies, minds and souls; remembering to be grateful for the little things, like welcoming Spring as the sun sets behind the mountains while I swing on my swing.

Calendula, Red Clover, Rose hips, and Hibiscus are in my cup for digestive, liver, heart, and nervous system support. Wishing you the space to nourish yourself in whatever way feels best 🙏🏼

I’m taking a moment for Calendula! I constantly find myself drawn to this hardy, healing flower.

I infuse the flowers in olive oil, safflower oil, and with a whole lotta love to bring its bright energy and medicinal properties to pretty much all of my products!

It’s antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, and antiseptic. Calendula has an affinity for healing the skin and is extremely gentle. It’s golden oil, not unlike that of the sun, is wonderfully nourishing for wounds, bruises, burns, cuts, infections, and so on.

Rose is one of my favorite herbs to use in skincare rituals. It’s sweet, bright aroma fills my heart and allows me to channel my inner goddess. It’s also amazing for toning and tightening the skin!

Shatavari is a deeply nourishing Ayurvedic herb. It is used here to cool and moisten the skin, and to bring grounding energy to the formula.
