This Friday, February 1st, we'll be viewing a video in club about some of the societal issues in Japan.

This video does talk about su***de and may be triggering to some, so I wanted to give advanced warning to those who might care.

I'll be posting this on the main site as well. Hope to see you all there!

Hey, everyone! Just so you all know, we'll be having a Japanese event coming up this Tuesday, Feb. 5th.
It'll be a Chinese New Years celebration put on by UWB/CCC and hosted in Mobius Hall.

We'll be creating folded paper fans at one of the activities tables out of red construction paper and paint stamps for decoration. For more information on making the fans, visit this site: http://crafts.kaboose.com/chinese-new-year-fan.html

Anyways, we'll be practicing it after a video in club this Friday, so be prepared!

Hey, guys. I hope everyone's doing well in their studying for finals!

Just have a small announcement about some end of the quarter events. We'll be holding a poster and advertisement creation event for the Japanese club's final meeting! Bring your artistic skills and abilities (or not, like me!) and come help us with making some posters to put up around the school for next quarter!!

We'll also have a movie playing while making the posters as well as some Japanese snacks and refreshments ready for everyone, so please come!

We're not entirely sure on the movie... but we'll have it posted later tonight. If anyone has some suggestions before then, just let us know.

勉強して頑張って、皆!(study hard, everyone!)
