My recommendations are a bit different from this article but I love that it highlights cardio. I recommend sixty minutes of unbroken cardio sessions three days a week for all patients. The longer blocks of cardio are imperative particularly as patients approach their forties. Time causes deleterious metabolic changes that can only be off-set by longer more strenuous blocks of cardio. I generally don’t recommend HIT as a choice if obesity is an issue.
I Love to Strength Train. Do I Really Need Cardio, Too? Here’s what to know about the health benefits of both forms of exercise.

The increase in the prevalence of autoimmune disease is concerning particularly the rise of autoimmune-related neurologic disease. The limitations in physicians' ability to diagnose autoimmune diseases especially those that attack the peripheral nervous system result in prolonged suffering for those living without answers. The serious side effects of the treatments available for these conditions make management of autoimmune diseases very difficult. This discovery provides a welcome ray of hope.

The Nobel Prize awarded for discovering how to prevent the immune system from attacking itself is nothing short of revolutionary. In the world of medical science, this breakthrough is like finding the final piece to a complex puzzle. Holmes would likely admire the deduction and logic involved in identifying how the immune system, when malfunctioning, can lead to diseases like lupus or multiple sclerosis. 🧬🏆
This discovery will change the landscape of autoimmune diseases, offering new treatments and hope for those who suffer from them. Just as Holmes uncovered hidden truths through deductive reasoning, this team of scientists has uncovered a method to prevent the immune system from turning on the body. Their work provides critical insights into the delicate balance required for optimal health.
Moving forward, it’s clear that this Nobel Prize-winning research will spark further innovations in medical science. Holmes believed in solving mysteries through logic, and in this case, the scientists have found the solution to a longstanding puzzle. The question remains—what other medical mysteries are waiting to be unraveled? 🧬🔬
