Thanks everyone for making the final night of Decibel so much fun. You guys are the best ❤️❤️❤️❤️
We blew through all the beer, all the glasses, all the paper towels, literally everything.
In the words of Delbert Mcclinton 'if I die in the morning it will be alright, I ain't never gonna feel as good as I feel tonight, I wanna thank you baby, and my mama wants to thank you to'

Tomorrow April 6th is Decibel Brewing's final day of business! We have very little beer left, but what is available is pretty cheap because we'd like to get rid of everything if we can. So come on down and enjoy a cheap pint or growler fill, stick around for one final night of trivia at 7pm hosted by Chuck.

I would like to clear up some fact about Decibel closing. A lot of people have gotten the idea that we were bought out by someone, this is what is called fake news. This brewery is was founded by three people and their love of a variety of craft beer and music, over time those relationships deteriorated and two of them left the company, some much more amicably than others. You were left with Corey and this brewery has basically been his artistic expression through beer for the past 4 years.

Someone was found to take over the remainder of the lease on the on the building, and from what is understood it should remain to be beer, which is awesome for the area. What should also be understood is this new location is in no way shape or form related to Decibel Brewing, it's attitudes, morals, beliefs, or atmosphere. This might be great news for some, sad for others.

The last number of years have had some great ups and downs, it has been a wild ride. For those that supported us over the years thank you so much. For those that didn't oh well, your loss. For those in the industry that didn't, go eat s**t and die, because most in the industry kick ass and have been helpful and supportive in every way, but there's definitely a few bad ones out there. You know who you are, and you probably aren't reading this. When we help each other out, we can learn from our mistakes and everything gets better for the consumer. When we bad mouth our so called competition it just creates distrust and resentment among not only brewers but also the beer drinker. We're all in this together and should stick together.

This post ended up way longer than it needed to be, but thanks again everyone for everything, we'll see you on the other side. 🤘

🎶 Live music tonight! 🎶
Incredible new musical act featuring and will be preforming tonight at Decibel. Seriously is one of the greatest musical acts to come out of the Seattle area in a long time, they call themselves a gay duo with a 60s inspired folk/pop sound. Their debut album Sittin On Top of the Pines reminded me a lot of the early 90s pop-rock coming out of the Seattle area and instantly took me back to my younger years and my first live music experiences, needless to say it was on heavy Decibel rotation for quite a while.
along with long time Decibel favorite will be opening up, the fun starts at 6pm.
Did I mention this is the last ever live performance at Decibel Brewing??? Don't miss out.

Happy Friday! We've gone one final dB beer for you. Strange Safari is a blend of 1 year old Barrel Safari (saison aged in a wine barrel with mixed culture) and 2 year old Strange Days aged on mixed culture. Super original name right? This guy clocks in at 7% and is being sold for much cheaper than most of our heavily aged sour ales because it's got to go.
Awesome live music tonight with , these guys played their first show here years ago as a classic rock cover band, now they've grown into something much greater, don't miss out!

Decibel Brewing Co's final day open will be Wed April 6th. These last 5 1/2 years have been awesome Bothell. So many people have made us feel at home here and many lifelong friendships have been made. I'd like to personally thank the musicians from all the across the world that have played here, that has been incredible. Who would've thought a tiny Bothell brewery could be a musical hub for artists on tour as well as awesome local musicians? The fun community atmosphere that has been created will be deeply missed, but remember that through music, we can live forever.
