Our heart is to be a RELATIONSHIP-focused fitness program where we connect people and cultivate relationships. We strive to create a safe, accepting environment, free of comparison, competition, or condemnation. We purpose to accept individuals as they are and where they are... physically, emotionally and spiritually. We are a Women's only class, so invite a friend and join us! Schedule:
