At the Bothell Community Kitchen (BCK) we answer Jesus’ call to create relationships with our neighbors with an open heart and a welcoming hand.

We recognize we are all connected as members of the community of Christ and are here to share with one another. We are partnering with Lake Washington UMC Safe Parking Program to provide individually-packaged meals for families with children under age 18 or adult women who live in their cars, Aurora Oaks Enhanced shelter, and Camp United We Stand. There will be family-friendly activities, plus a food & hygiene drive to support our neighbors. Bring an item if you’re able!

Most-needed donations:
• Baking supplies (baking soda, baking powder, sugar, salt)
• Flour (masa, wheat — no bulk)
• Spices (cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, cumin)
• Nuts (walnuts, almonds, pistachios)
• Sauces & seasonings (cranberry, mole, bouillon, fish/oyster/soy sauce, curry)
• Canned or dried fruit (yams, pumpkin, mandarins, guava paste, shredded coconut, dried apples)
• Oils (vegetable, canola, olive, etc.)
• Misc: cornbread mix, instant coffee
• Canned meat (tuna, chicken, etc.)
• Healthy cereal and oats
• Grains (pasta, rice, quinoa, barley, etc.)
• Soup and broths
• Shelf-stable non-dairy milk (oat, almond, soy)
• Hygiene items (new/unopened): shampoo, soap, hand soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, feminine hygiene products

The 24/7 365 Food Pantry is open! Feeding Feasible Feasts stocks it 5 days per week. Located on the west side of the parking lot at Bothell United Methodist Church. This pantry is stocked
by the organization and does not accept food donations - however, to support this work, please go to their website and donate financially! https://www.fffeasts.org/donate

Bothell Community Kitchen (BCK) feeds 180 people a month, with your support!

We currently serve meals for:
LWUMC Safe Parking Program
– Safe parking for up to 45 women with children and families.
Camp United We Stand: A sanctioned camp with 25 people in residence.
The Oaks: Transitional housing for up to forty-five people.

These are nutritious meals full of protein and served with fruit and a treat. The meals cost BCK approximately $800.00 a month.

Generous donations from individuals and grants have supported this ministry since 2009!
