Q: How do you support Travel Advisors in your role?
A: I'm a mix of safety net, problem-solver, and occasional "let's figure this out quickly" person. When things don't go as planned — which happens, because travel — I step in and help get everything back on track. A big part of my role is also working behind the scenes so those situations happen less often in the first place. That's always the goal.
