Turns out, standing up straight is not just something your mom said to annoy you.

At The Collective's body language event, agents, LOs, and business professionals shared what they’re taking with them. Better posture. More confident entrances. More intentional exits. A stronger awareness of how they’re showing up before they even start talking.

Small things that make a real difference.

Hustle has its place.

There are seasons where you put in the extra hours, take the late meeting, and create the results you’re working for. And there are seasons where hustle has to fit inside the life you’re building, not take over the whole thing.

We loved that they answered this so differently. Both answers made sense for who they are.

The biggest growth moments (those aha ones) usually happen when we’re listening to people with different perspectives and trusting there’s something to learn from everyone.
