As 2025 comes to an end, I’m reflecting with a lot of gratitude, for the lessons learned, the growth earned, and the challenges that shaped me. Thank you to everyone who played a role in this chapter of my life. Here’s to continued growth, clarity, happiness, and joy in what’s ahead.

Boston, done. One of the toughest challenges I’ve faced in a long time, humbled me, but also taught me more than I could have imagined. 8 weeks now to sharpen the edges, fix the gaps, and step into Dallas prepared and ready to execute.

Friday night lights? Nah, Friday night miles. 🏁 KC streets turned into our racetrack for the 4x1 mile relay, energy was electric, pace was reckless, and banter was nonstop. Who needs traffic when you’ve got speed demons flying through downtown?

Happy 1 year to Elysium Run Club 🥳 Grateful for the community, the amazing people, and all the memories we’ve made along the miles. Here’s to many more runs and laughs together

Just a warmup with the best people before this weekend’s HOKA takeover.

The last 3 years broke me in ways I never saw coming.
Career-ending injuries. Post-grad pressure. Starting over. Leaving home,again. And some emotional battles I wasn’t sure I’d walk out of.

But I did.

Today, I’m running marathons. Training with purpose. Chasing a goal big enough to disrupt the HYROX world. And for the first time in a long time, I feel like me again—motivated, grounded, and hungry for every challenge ahead.

Running through summer like it owes me something.
No struggle, no drama, just sweat, sun, and good company!
