Krasi
Krasi is love. Krasi is life. Krasi means wine, literally. Krasi is about conversations and the people immersed in them. Krasi is Greek, differently.
It's about new friends, old friends, and turning strangers into friends.
The Dodecanese have entered the chat.
New dishes. Same obsession with regional Greece.
Taramosalata. Skopelitiki. Kolokythi. Makarounes. Garides me Maratho. Paidakia.
A few islands. A few thousand years of culinary history.
A very good excuse to make a reservation.
You could grab a cold brew and pretend to “be productive” this weekend.
Or you could come have a Kalokairi Spritz instead.
The Aegean Cooler and Krasi Mimosa aren’t exactly helping the case for responsibility either.
And yes, the Bloody Mitsos and Neos Frappe are still here. Obviously.
Prom Night was just a warm-up.
We took a month off to emotionally recover, remove glitter from impossible places, and prepare ourselves for what a very proud, VeryKoko pride party at Krasi actually deserves.
This June: bolder fits, louder tables, stronger pours, worse decisions.
returns to supervise the chaos. Or encourage it. Hard to say. 🪩
Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 12pm.
Your only responsibility between now and then is to hydrate.

June at Krasi: Dodecanese ☀️
Different islands. Different bottles. Same inability to leave at a reasonable hour.
📍 This month we’re headed to the Dodecanese—sun-bleached hills, sea air, medieval ports, and wines with a little swagger. Think Athiri, Mandilaria, and bottles that taste like they’ve spent their lives too close to the water. In the best way.
🍸 Brunch cocktails are in full summer mode. Kalokairi Spritz, Aegean Cooler, and Krasi Mimosa have entered the chat.
☀️ Patio lunches are officially a personality trait now. Meet us on Fridays for long pours, longer lunches, and absolutely nowhere urgent to be.
🍷 Symposium Wednesdays continue, because midweek should feel a little less tragic.
This is June at Krasi.
Feast like the gods. Drink like you mean it.
Don’t worry, we won’t tell your boss.
But your out-of-office better be convincing.
Summer Fridays at Krasi: 11 am–2:30 pm.
For people brave enough to romanticize their lunch break.
Order another bottle. Ignore Slack with confidence.
Last call for the Cyclades.
Sun, wind, salt and nothing toned down.
The dishes understood the assignment.
You know what to do.
Wine Day? Cute. We’ve been celebrating.
At Krasi, “krasi” literally means wine, but you knew that. Or at least you felt it after a glass (or two). Greek vines, a little philosophy, a lot of personality…this is kind of our thing.
Big credit to our Wine Director, Jeremiah Cates, who doesn’t just pour, he explains, guides, and occasionally has you questioning how one sip can shift your entire mood.
So yes, Happy Wine Day.
But also…see you tonight?
(p.s. There’s a glass waiting with your name on it. We don’t like to keep it waiting.) 🍷
She has a meeting.
She also has priorities.
Fridays at lunch… we’d reschedule too.
Meze that lingers. Wine that distracts (in the best way). Conversations that feel slightly more important than whatever was on your calendar.
Cancel accordingly.
