We are proud to announce our 2025 Thomas Camp Award goes to the Mobile Turbidity Reduction System (Hurricane Helene Emergency Response)! 🚰

This prestigious award honors the project and team that embodies the trifecta: outstanding client service, technical excellence and exceptional business results. This year’s winner delivered all three under the most extraordinary circumstances.

When Asheville’s drinking water system was forcefully shut down due to catastrophic flooding from Hurricane Helene—bringing a surge of sediment-laden water—the team rapidly restored service through a highly time-sensitive effort. Our persistent partnership with both clients and fellow collaborators was what allowed us to implement a $23.5 million system in just 23 days and delivery of clarified water only 42 days after NTP.

🧪 The 2025 President’s Award for Innovation goes to Chris Fahlin for his groundbreaking web-based design automation tool for liquid chemical feed systems in water treatment projects.

📈 The 2025 President’s Award for Mentorship goes to Michael Sloop for his consistent leadership and continuous growth, which has influenced his colleagues and cultivated a collaborative work culture.
