Meet Lola
Lola believes that every person is a once-in-a-lifetime event, unique, worthy, and deserving of peace.
Her approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and centered on seeing the whole person. She takes time to understand the many experiences that shape who you are, including your culture, identity, upbringing, and perspective, so you can feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
If you’re looking for a therapist who values authenticity, connection, and creating a space where you can show up as your full self, Lola would love to meet you.

This will be ASWR's third year at Trans Pride Seattle, and every year we're reminded why these spaces matter.
In a moment when many people are experiencing uncertainty, isolation, and increasing attacks on their identities and communities, gathering in joy, celebration, and solidarity is powerful.
We're honored to be part of this community and excited to return again this year.
If you're attending, come find us. We'd love to say hello.

This Pride Month, we celebrate the strength, resilience, joy, and diversity of LGBTQIA+ communities.
Pride is more than a celebration, it’s a reminder that everyone deserves to be seen, affirmed, and supported exactly as they are. We recognize the ongoing importance of creating spaces where people can show up authentically, feel safe, and access care that honors their identities and lived experiences.
At ASWR, we are committed to providing affirming, inclusive mental health care and fostering a community where belonging, healing, and liberation are possible for all.
Happy Pride Month. We celebrate you today and every day. 🏳️🌈💜

Before Memorial Day became a national observance, formerly enslaved Black Americans in Charleston organized one of the first Decoration Day ceremonies in 1865 to honor fallen Union soldiers with flowers, remembrance, and gratitude.
Today, we honor that powerful legacy of remembrance, freedom, and community.

We believe that true healing happens on both an individual and collective level. That’s why our work is two-pronged: we accompany people on their personal healing journeys while working to transform the systems that shape our lives. For us, liberation means creating the conditions where individuals and communities can be fully seen, valued, and free from harm, from systemic barriers, and from oppression.
Whether you're seeking personal healing or collective transformation, we invite you to be in community with us because liberation is a practice we build together.
