A new World Economic Forum report explores one of the biggest questions facing education today: How can AI strengthen learning without replacing the skills that make us human?

Women in technology: She is Digital's Impact Study 06/04/2026

How do we reduce the gender gap in the technology sector? 💻 A new impact study of Mujer Digital (She is Digital), Junior Achievement Americas' initiative to help young women access technology careers, found strong results in employability and economic mobility.

Among program graduates . . .
• 62% of employed participants work in technology roles
• Average income increased by 33%
• Access to formal employment increased from 12% to 31%

📈 The findings reinforce the value of combining technical training, socio-emotional skills, mentoring, and employment support to help young women thrive in the digital economy.
