I’m a bit late to the party, I’ll likely miss some stitches, and even mess up a canvas or two…but the last two hours riding in a car have completely changed my state of mind.. Who knew that needlepoint would offer such an experience. A busy mind, relaxing with busy hands, thanks to a dearest friend.

Just think, we can needlepoint quietly with each other now…yet met getting kicked out of a program for being too loud. My how life has changed!

This year I was ready to just hang a green wreath on the door and call it done, well, the spirit of Christmas forced me to pull it together. Hearing adults and children walk by my door these last few weeks, stopping and laughing, cheering and talking back to Santa has reminded me that I don’t do it for me, I do it for others.

Creativity makes the world a more beautiful place; we always need beauty.

We are so lucky for Kevin to be able to see his brother all the time. They are best buds!

Finding just 20 photos to capture 10 days in Italy is almost impossible, I can hardly wrap my head around the entire experience. If you have never been to Rome, it is a must. Oh and you MUST do all the touristic things. From sculpture, to architecture, art, the food, the people, the antiquity.

One week isn’t really long enough to take it all in, but I hope you’ll swipe and a little of Rome through my eyes. oh, If you’ve ever been scared to travel alone? I get it, but it’s great for the soul! Ciao’ 🇮🇹
