Bone and Bread

Last day. The two items that started it all. A perfect pour of and our Brewery Burger. Thank you to everyone that has come out since we announced our closing to eat and share kind words. We hope to see more faces today as we push to the end.

Just 2 days left 😭. Still have specials coming out though! Scallion pancake quesadillas filled with cheddar and mozzarella cheese drizzled with our fry sauce, served with kimchi and picked red cabbage on the side.

As we count down the days we are still cranking out specials Taproom and Kitchen. Can’t believe this is the first time we offered this. Cornbread crusted fried pickles w/ jalapeño and scallions. Served with your choice of sauces.

On special taproom and kitchen are some Grilled Shrimp and Curry Noodles: ramen style noodles tossed with a mild curry butter sauce with coconut marinated grilled shrimp, soft boil egg, scallion and cilantro.

We added a dessert special on as we continue to countdown the days. Come visit us taproom and kitchen. Finish off your meal with a slice of our Tres Leches Cake with a mixed berry sauce.

As we count down they days until the end we are still making specials taproom and kitchen. Our friend made us some bacon jalapeño hush puppies with our hot honey butter.

We now have our Fry Sauce. Hot Honey Ranch, Chipotle Aioli and House Pickles available in 16oz containers. Available for order at the Brighton location.

On special taproom and kitchen. Jamaican Beef Patties: seasoned ground beef and pork with onion and garlic in a curry spiced short crust. Served with chili ketchup on the side.

It is with a heavy heart to announce Bone and Bread is going out of business. We are beyond devastated to have to do this. As of Friday January 31st. we will be leaving our joined location in Brighton with Taproom and Kitchen as well as taking our beloved food truck off the road. We must do this for too many reasons to list or get into. It ultimately doesn’t matter why we are closing as we would rather focus why we started and continue to offer the best possible product to the end. We are so thankful for all the support from our customers over the past few years. You helped make a dream come true and we will be forever grateful. Bone and Bread will continue to operate in Brighton until January 31st as we hope to see some familiar faces over the next few weeks. We will be posting more specials, memories and will be bottling our signature sauce for those who want Bone and Bread long after we are gone. Hope to see you all soon!

We will be open this Monday taproom and kitchen from 12pm-9pm. With a special edition of holiday movie trivia from starting at 7pm.

Ack on special today : Hot Honey Fried Chicken w/ Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato on a Pretzel Roll. Also we have pretzel rolls back!! You can sub for a pretzel roll any of our sandwiches. Pic:
