From outdated to intentional using thoughtful redesign.
This project pushed us to rethink layout, flow, and how the home is actually lived in - resulting in a balance of form and function for this amazing family!

One of a kind design for a one of a kind home.
When it comes to luxury living in Newton, MA, this one feels special. Intentional design can be a big differentiator and who says showers need to be shoved into the corner?? By locating the primary shower in the center of the space, it allowed for a private WC, distinct area for the standalone tub, double vanities, makeup desk, and flexibility along the window wall.

A new 6-unit ground up development is starting construction in East Boston, designed to maximize light and street presence on a tight urban lot.

The team visited today to see the phenomenal progress by .and.co! Our project manager, Jason, led us on the tour and we discussed post-tension podiums, wood framing, pre-rock at non-bearing walls, and waterproofing.
Don’t worry, we took a moment to enjoy the views too 🤩
