Meet Mia! 🌟

Mia’s journey in the events world began at just 19, working behind the scenes in back-of-house roles. Since then, she’s grown into a talented and trusted event professional who now takes the lead in planning and executing exceptional experiences. For nearly 3 years, she’s been an essential part of the TMN Events team — grounding us with her calm presence, thoughtful perspective, and genuine attention to detail.

Mia is also a certified Sustainable Event Professional (SEPC), helping TMN incorporate mindful, eco-conscious practices into our events. Her leadership in this area is making a lasting impact on how we operate and deliver meaningful programs.

Outside of TMN, Mia brings the same intentionality to her personal passions. She’s a certified 200-Hour Yoga Instructor, sharing her love of movement and mindfulness at studios across Boise. Her dedication to wellness and connection is felt across our team — especially through initiatives like Spring in Motion, a company-wide challenge she led that encouraged everyone to track their walks, workouts, and mindful moments throughout the day. 🧘‍♀️

Whether she’s guiding a project or a yoga class, Mia inspires balance, creativity, and a strong sense of purpose in everything she does. We’re incredibly lucky to have her on our team! 💫

Meet Tom!

Originally from across the pond, Tom has become a true staple here at TMN Events! As the head of our Audio-Visual department, his charismatic energy, technical expertise, and can-do attitude ensure every client is taken care of—with a smile. 😄

His favorite project? The HP Transformation Tour, especially the stop at the iconic Bears Stadium in Chicago 🏟️.

Tom is well known for finding the best Indian cuisine in any city!

Having moved to the U.S. 10 years ago, Tom’s on a mission to visit all 50 states—only 2 more to go! When he’s not elevating events, you can find him exploring the Boise Foothills with his trusty sidekick, Gus 🐾.

We took our corporate outing to the next level with 13 competitive groups teeing off at none other than Spyglass Hill Golf Course — consistently ranked as one of the top golf courses in the country.

From the dramatic coastal views to the legendary layout, attendees got to experience a bucket-list experience packed with friendly competition, opportunities to network in a different environment, and the chance to create unforgettable memories.
