I just released a new song as a teaser track to a new album I’m working on. The song is called Euphoria, and the upcoming album is called 11:11. The new album is comprised of one minute tracks. “One minute to remember, one minute is all you need.”

This past weekend I had the pleasure of joining my friends Cabeza on the rock stage at the . Always enjoyable to hang out with wonderful people and of course, to sing for others. Thank you Cabeza for being so kind. ✌️

Everyday I strive to have more confidence as a solo musician. It’s hard to find your voice, your style and it’s even harder for introverts like myself to be “out there” as far as personality and how we present ourselves. There is this urge to just be wild and free of inhibitions to become the true artist we know is deep below the surface. This year, I want to siphon some of my self confidence from Kate Bush- one of my favorite female artists. She’s so creative and expressive- and a great role model for female artists in particular who are looking to find their own personal voice.

New collab coming this summer.

Harry Belafonte, one of my favorite musicians and incredible human rights and political activist, has left our earth a little less bright this week. 96 years young, Harry had been a stable foundation for black musicians spanning generations worth of meaningful representation and acknowledgement. Life was not always easy, his forward thinking caused issues, but he lived such a meaningful life! I often have found myself enjoying my handful Harry’s records while home alone, jamming out and dancing along. His voice and music made my heart happy and it will still continue to do so- his LEGACY is his beautiful soul, his humanitarian efforts, his children following in their fathers footsteps, and his incredible music for us to cherish for many years to come. Harry, you are such a treasure- thank you for your beautiful light, onto Calypso and to the stars, you’ll always be so bright. 🌟
