Temperance Training x officially hosted our first Stretch Yoga class this Sunday, bringing together movement, mindfulness, and community under one roof.

Appreciate everyone who came ready to flow, stretch, and recharge with us. This is just the beginning. More to come!

You don’t have to be fit to start. You don’t have to have a certain amount of time in recovery. You don’t have to have it together. You just have to want something better. This community will meet you exactly where you are. 🤍

Join us this Sunday for a stretch yoga session with Antoinette, immediately after Temperance Training class. Take time to stretch, reset and reconnect in a calm and welcoming environment. All Levels!
