Dan has brokered commercial property acquisitions, dispositions and provided underwriting and due diligence advisory services on property and portfolio transactions in excess of $500 million. He has managed complex property acquisitions and successfully implemented distressed real estate workout and repositioning plans. He has managed institutional-grade property portfolios totaling 3.7 million square feet, and his project management experience includes over $46 million of new construction and capital improvements projects, as well as 55 tenant improvement projects totaling 320,000 square feet of office and retail space. Dan is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), holds an RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) and is a licensed real estate sales agent in the State of Florida.
