I am excited to announce that all Striking group classes—Muay Thai, Boxing, and Kickboxing—are now coached by me, Raush Manfio. I’m bringing my years of professional fighting experience to everyone who has a champion mindset, even if you aren’t a pro athlete.

Whether you are looking for a fun cardio alternative to improve your quality of life or want to learn real technique, our classes are for all levels.

For our kids and teens, the focus is on teaching the fundamentals of stand-up fighting with excellence. In my view, knowing how to defend yourself is a life skill just as essential as knowing how to swim!

• Adults: Mon/Wed/Fri at 7 AM | Tue/Thu at 8 AM & Monday through Friday 6:30 PM
