I stressed SO much about this because social media made me feel like I was doing everything wrong.

I contact napped. I fed him to sleep. I rocked him to sleep. I held him for naps. And now he’s 3 months old and doing great. 🤍

Social media really makes you feel like you’re creating “bad habits” if you don’t do things a certain way.

But people have been raising babies forever without wake windows, sleep schedules, and someone online telling them they’re doing it wrong.

Babies aren’t robots. They’re going to get there on their own time.

So if you need the reminder like I did: enjoy the cuddles. Feed the baby. Rock the baby. Contact nap if you want to.

You’re probably doing a lot better than you think. 🤍
