SpectrumAEC is an international consultancy supporting the development and adoption of project delivery standards that address the needs of people, process and technology.

Amid the country dealing with quarantine and mandatory stay at home orders, Spring National Signing Day 2020 came upon us. We created this poster to celebrate this talented athlete for the momentous occasion! Blending the past & future mascots, this cosmic inspired National Signing Day poster won a Platinum Award.

Since its inception in 2004, MarCom has evolved into one of the largest, most-respected creative competitions in the world. Each year about 6,000 print and digital entries are submitted from dozens of countries. The largest, most prestigious creative firms in the marketing and communication field compete for MarCom recognition.

☀️ We were hired by LWP Development to create the initial branding for their proposed mixed-use development. The goal was to create an identity they could weave throughout their RFP response and differentiate themselves from the competition.

There is no better compliment than a repeat client! E 3 Mortgage initially came us to create a corporate cause t-shirt and to create a quick turnaround advertisement for a regional real estate magazine. Being pleased with the results, they engaged us for their website redesign and migration, social media launch and other corporate collateral.

... Reflecting back on the success of The Reserve! Had SO much fun strategizing and recreating this luxury residential community branding with STiR-Communications. As home sales remained stagnant at the time, ownership asked for help. After the repositioning and rebrand, 80% of their inventory was under contract in less than 2 months!
