PrivCap Acquires 104 units in Dallas, TX

PrivCap Holdings acquired Wynnewood Apartments in Dallas, TX yesterday. The 104 unit multifamily complex is in an up and coming suburb of Dallas that has seen significant growth over the past few years. PrivCap VP of Acquisitions, Mark Zeidman, commented that "this property and the overall area has strong upside value and we continue to seek additional value add opportunities in the greater Dallas market."
PrivCap is currently under contract to acquire another 227 units in Fort Worth, TX to add to its growing portfolio in the region.

PrivCap Adds 364 Units in Texas
June 7, 2016
PrivCap Holdings acquired Emerald Pointe Apartments, a 364 unit multifamily apartment complex, in Pasadena, TX earlier today. The $13.3mil acquisition brings PrivCap's multifamily portfolio to over 4,000 apartments nationwide.
