When we first met with my husband, birds were in a very small group of the beings that I didn’t understand and disliked a lot. In the same way that I didn’t understand what love means, and what family means.
Since then our pet birds have taught me a lot of wonderful things about family and life.
The main inspiration for this project were our many song birds who live with us, as well as my husband Lucian, who is an avid ornithologist.

Photoshoot earlier today. I love photoshoots!! I vividly remember my very first one, in Chicago, it’s the last photo in the carousel, and I am in a shorter pants there if you don’t recognize me )) Today we were shooting the mascot of our University, so exciting 😍

Another version for this project.

One of the sweetest recent projects from my job, an invite based on the Conch conservation efforts. I love conch, I was lucky not only to find a real shell if it in the ocean, the one that have become my inspiration, but also to see the live conch! What a pretty and unusual beings these are!! I was very happy to work on this project and can’t wait to get a printed piece now.

This Fall semester I was so happy to teach Web Design 2 to some awesome and super talented individuals—my first class of students! Teaching is a very rewarding experience for me. The only thing I didn’t know is that I will grow into liking my students a lot, and then — all of a sudden — it will be an end of the semester. I wish all of you guys all the best in your life and careers, and I feel so grateful that I got to know you and to master web design with you!

I should have share these photos for the Harbor Branch Elliott museum exhibition much, much earlier!! The exhibition was running since November 2021. Now the exhibition is no longer there, but I just received the email that ‘Since its debut last November, it was viewed by 36,309 museum guests and we received a lot of compliments!’ I’m glad to know that graphic and web materials we were working on were useful and had a success! I designed all of the posters, stands and web support materials as well.

“Broken ornament”

inspired by my attempts to heal the ornament of my family roots, as well as the broken Slavic ornament.
I was thinking ‘Rhythm and Rhyme’ for this project, too.
