Not every home tour looks like the beautiful, perfectly staged properties you see online. 😅
Today’s tour was a little different…
💡 No electricity
🌑 Dark rooms
🌡️ No A/C
🔦 Flashlight in hand
👀 Looking closely at every detail
When a home doesn’t have power, you have to slow down and pay attention.
You’re checking:
✔️ The condition of the walls and ceilings
✔️ Signs of water damage
✔️ Flooring and potential hazards
✔️ Windows and doors
✔️ Plumbing fixtures
✔️ Overall condition of the property
✔️ What may need attention before making an offer
And sometimes, you simply "cannot see everything without electricity."
That’s why having someone experienced walking through the property with you can make a difference. A home may look completely different once the lights are on, the A/C is running, and everything is functioning.
Real estate isn’t always glamorous… but every property tells a story, creates a feeling, vision and foremost you position yourself in the property as part of your decision to go after it or not. What are your thoughts?
