The median sale price for single-family homes is now $680,000, reflecting a slight decrease of $19,000 from last month but a healthy 3.11% increase year-over-year. This indicates a stable market, offering sellers a chance to capitalize on their investments while still being attractive to buyers.
With 925 homes sold, there's a slight dip in sales compared to last month, but a 1.65% increase from last year shows continued demand. Buyers should be prepared to act quickly as the market remains competitive.
New listings have surged by nearly 50% year-over-year, with 1,378 new homes on the market. This influx provides buyers with more options, while sellers benefit from increased interest in the area.
Homes are selling in an average of 30 days, a significant reduction of nearly 27% from last year, indicating a fast-paced market where both buyers and sellers need to be ready to move swiftly.
