Her positive leadership, collaborative spirit, and dedication to helping both clients and teammates succeed make her an invaluable part of the Slavic401k family.

What fulfills her: Outside of work, Sophia loves traveling, exploring new places, and giving back through volunteer work. She shares that helping others brings her a true sense of purpose and fulfillment.

Her workplace inspiration: A special shoutout to Mannie Simmons for leading with constant patience and positivity, and a calm presence that inspires confidence during even the busiest times. She is always willing to help and provides unwavering support.

Fun Fact: She can handle a lot of things, but suspenseful music, jump scares, and dark hallways are where she draws the line. And anything with clowns...hard pass! 🎬🤡❌ Comedy movies for the win!

💡 Her advice for new employees says it all:
"You are never alone. Change is constant in the retirement industry, but we rise together as a team. Don't be afraid to ask questions, seek guidance, and share your ideas."

🤝 Great ideas happen when people get in the same room. This week, our Sales and Marketing teams met up in 📍Delray Beach for a few days of planning and plenty of good conversations. It's always valuable to step away from the screen, connect face-to-face, and build on the ideas that help us better serve our clients and partners.

Huge congratulations to Anthony Calle, our Plan Conversions Manager, on being named Slavic401k’s Employee of the Month! 🏆

Based in Orlando, Florida, Anthony has been an integral part of the Slavic401k team for the past three years. One of his most memorable experiences has been helping navigate periods of transition, witnessing firsthand how teamwork, collaboration, and shared accountability can transform challenges into success.

We asked Anthony for his best advice for newcomers:
💡 "Be a sponge. There’s consistently great advice and knowledge shared throughout our organization, and taking it in can accelerate not only career growth but personal growth as well."

Outside of work, Anthony is a major tech enthusiast. He’s currently building a self-hosted server to experiment with open-source artificial intelligence projects. 🤖.

Looking ahead to 2030, he aims to keep driving team success while making unforgettable travel memories with his wife and four-year-old twin boys.

A fun fact about Anthony? He played the trumpet from elementary school through high school and still has his trumpet today—just in case he decides to pick it up again! 🎺

Anthony also wanted to give a huge shoutout to the leaders who have shaped his journey: "I’ve had the privilege of working with many great leaders over the years. Each has inspired me in different ways and helped shape my experience, career growth, and leadership approach. Big shoutout to Mannie Simmons, Yalina Infante, Mary Rivera Pierola, Lia Webster, and Sharene Abouhana Heirlmeier for all that you do!"
