West Boca turns TWO. 🥳 🔥
October is our birthday month, and we’re celebrating all month long because this studio has become about so much more than what happens on the mat.
Over the last two years, you’ve shown up, sweated with us, brought your friends, supported our events, cheered us on and helped turn Yoga Joint West Boca into something bigger than just a studio. You made it a community. And we don’t take that loyalty lightly.
So this month, we’re celebrating YOU. We’ve invited some of our favorite local businesses to join us, added special classes and events to the schedule, and found plenty of reasons to have a little extra fun along the way.
And because this celebration belongs to all of us, bring your people with you. Introduce a friend to the studio, invite someone to an event, or just come celebrate the community you helped build.
To every member who has been with us since the beginning, joined us somewhere along the way, referred a friend, left us a review, showed up for an event or simply kept showing up for yourself: thank you. You’re the reason we get to celebrate two.

Pine Crest Varsity Cheer came to WORK. 🔥
We had such a blast hosting this crew for a private class at West Boca, and let’s just say... you can tell these girls are athletes. Strong, focused, they owned the room.
Classes like this are also such a great complement to athletic training, building strength, mobility and endurance while giving hardworking bodies some much-needed recovery along the way.

We’re looking for talented, high-energy instructors who can lead a room, connect with a community, coach with confidence, and bring their own personality to the experience.
Backgrounds in yoga, group fitness, strength training, HIIT, and functional fitness are all welcome. We can teach you our YJ Method. We’re looking for strong fundamentals, professionalism, personality, and the kind of energy you can’t teach. 🏋️♀️ 💫 🧘♀️

Some emails just make your day. This was one of them.
Shawn is heading into his 14th month with us, closing in on 300 classes, and apparently still likes us enough to send this completely unsolicited love letter.
We’ll take it. 💙
In his words:
“Yoga Joint has forever changed my life and I thank my incredible daughter for introducing me.
My observation about Yoga Joint that really resonates with me is your instructors stick around. They don’t play musical chairs. So many other places it’s a revolving door.
I look forward to Brooke and Alexa and Jacky and Brielle and Ana and Kasey before her promotion, etc. It means a lot to me as you do build relationships with your instructors given the sheer emotional nature of such an extreme workout as FIIT 45.
I make it a point every class to let them know how much I appreciate them.
I know you are in a competitive business. At 57 years old, you have got the right formula in my opinion.
To have college students who can smile at 5:45 am and make you feel important is like liquid gold to me.
Just beyond grateful for all that you do.”
