We (Adriana Grassi and Lance Mosley) have always believed hard work and discipline, is the only way to get RESULTS!!! While all the other trainers were working in their “fitness centers” with the latest and greatest equipment, and fancy locker rooms, we made the decision to open our gym in a warehouse. We stayed true to ourselves, showing everyone what real training is all about. Our clients got better results, and that is what everyone wants – RESULTS!!! When everybody else was training on the newest machine or taking those “hip-hop cardio” classes, we were training with chains and bands. When everyone else was running on treadmills, we were pushing prowlers and pulling sleds. When everybody else was using rubber bands and gimmicks, we were using weights, kettlebells and real functional movements. When everyone was calling us crazy, we knew we were just getting ready for something great. We were getting ready for CrossFit.
