Students from Pearl City CATS Afterschool & Summer Camp recently participated in a neighborhood clean-up initiative, helping keep the community clean, safe, and beautiful for residents and families. 🦺♻️

💰✨ Week 2 of Financial Peace University is in the books! Our FSS participants continued learning practical steps toward debt freedom, smarter debt management, budgeting, and building healthier financial habits for long-term success. 📚💵

Through engaging discussions and hands-on activities, participants are gaining the tools and confidence needed to take control of their financial future. We’re proud to support our residents on their journey toward financial empowerment and self-sufficiency! 🙌🏡

Today, our leadership team, Director of Support Programs and Property Services Ashley Ham and CEO/Executive Director Ashley Whidby, toured the site of The Residences at Martin Manor, the transformative redevelopment of the former Dixie Manor community.

Construction is moving forward, and it is exciting to see these beautiful new homes taking shape. From modern kitchens to thoughtfully designed living spaces, this redevelopment represents more than new buildings. It reflects our commitment to creating high quality, affordable housing and stronger opportunities for families in Boca Raton.
