is the father and trainer of 2011 #5 NFL Draft Pick (Arizona Cardinals) Patrick Peterson Jr. a former Louisiana State Universiy (LSU) Cornerback and Return Specialist. earned a number of the most prestigious high school and collegiate awards including USA Today Defensive High School Player of the Year, the Jim Thorpe Award (best defensive back in the nation), the Bednarick Award (best defensive collegiate football player in the nation), and both the SEC Defensive and Special Teams Player of the Year Award. Patrick has eleven years of sports training, and has coached football for five years at Blanche Ely High School. He and his family are South Florida natives.
