Stop what you're doing and go listen to this two-part episode! Or keep doing what you're doing and listen to this two-part episode. Either way, this is a must listen! I'm still digesting the information 2 days later and may have to go back to listen because its heavy, but so so good.

April book! I started pretty late into the month, but then again there's a global pandemic going on and I haven't much felt like reading until recently. I LOVE this book so far (not quite halfway through) and I'm not surprised because it's been recommended to me time and time again by colleagues AND clients.

Curiousity vs judgement. I often encourage my clients to pretend they're a scientist who finds an alien. A scientist isn't going to judge, they're going to explore, dissect, discover. This can be done with your thoughts and really helps to create distance from our inner critic. Be curious and gentle with yourself.
