Good morning everyone! It's a beautiful day in the south Florida sunshine. It's the last day for this beautiful art festival in downtown Delray Beach on 4th Avenue just off of Atlantic! 75 degrees and sunny today. It was packed to the hilt yesterday, so be sure to get there early! Enjoy this fantastic event!

It's only been 50 years since seeing my friend Kaare, back in the day, in our hometown of Kingston NY. He popped into my art show in Delray today, and is looking in the area for property. Ot looks like Ill have more friends down here, then up in NY. Great to see you, brother!
